This week's Skyfall news was dominated by a short video of Sam Mendes discussing his relationship with James Bond. While heavily hyped, the 90 second video doesn't really reveal much at all though but it does look as though we can expect more of these videos to be released on a regular basis, as happened with Quantum of Solace.
While not directly relasted to Skyfall, Omega at last officially announced their 50th anniversary watch. There are two models and each will be produced as numbered limited editions. There will be 11,007 of the larger model produced, while 3,007 of the smaller watch will be made. It has not yet been announced what model will be sported by 007 in Skyfall.
Lastly, it was announced that Skyfall will be released in IMAX theatres. The film is being shot digitally and both audio and picture will need to be remastered for the format.
